🌟 STAFF SPOTLIGHT: Meet Lisa Gregg 🌟
We’re excited to introduce you to one of the friendly faces that helps keep Northeast Digestive running smoothly — Lisa Gregg, one of our amazing Patient Service Representative.
Q: How long have you worked here, and what brought you to this job?
A: I’ve been here 5 years. After retiring from the public school system, I was recruited in 2020 to initially do COVID screenings on every patient who entered the building.
Q: What’s your favorite part of the day at work?
A: Every time I complete something on my to-do list!
Q: What’s one thing patients might not realize about your role?
A: My role includes a variety of tasks. You might find me working in medical records, checking patients in or out at any of our 3 locations, answering calls, or communicating with drug reps. I definitely wear many hats.
Q: What's your work superpower?
A: Multitasking!
Q: If someone shadowed you for a day, what would surprise them the most?
A: Just how many different tasks I juggle all day, every day.
Q: Go-to snack or drink during a busy shift?
A: Chewing on ice!
Q: What do you love to do outside of work?
A: I love to bake for my coworkers and church family. And when I need to relax, you’ll find me working in my yard or at the pool.
Q: If you could switch jobs with anyone in the office for one day, who would it be and why?
A: My sister — she’s my boss, so I think it’d be pretty satisfying to be her boss for a day… LOL!
Q: What’s one small thing that makes a big difference to patients?
A: My smile, and just being kind and helpful.
