NH Medicaid Care Management Annual Open Enrollment runs the entire month of August, when you can change your health plan to another MCO.
If you want to stay with your current health plan, you do not need to do anything. If you choose to switch your health plan, your new health plan will begin on September 1, 2024.

August is NH Medicaid Open Enrollment month! If you need to change your Managed Care Organization, August is the month to switch!

NH's Medicaid MCO options are between AmeriHealth Caritas, New Hampshire Healthy Families, WellSense and AmeriHealth Caritas. Besides all of the usual health coverage benefits offered by all 3 MCO's, each one offers their own unique, extra benefits as well.

Here, we are highlighting a few of those extras offered New Hampshire Healthy Families, you can look back at our previous posts for more info on WellSense and AmeriHealth.

If you want to stay with your current health plan, you do not need to do anything. If you choose to switch your health plan, your new health plan will begin on September 1, 2024.

Health Market Connect NH Navigator, Roshani had a ton of fun tabling at the 3rd annual Friends-a-Palooza, hosted by The Friends Program, this past Saturday in Keach park in Concord, NH.

Did you see her there? She talked with over a hundred NH residents about our program which offers federally funded, no cost health coverage assistance to NH residents.
