👶 Start healthy habits early — your baby's smile will thank you!

Before teeth erupt, wipe your baby's gums with a soft, damp cloth after feedings. Once teeth appear, use a soft brush and a smear of fluoride toothpaste. Turn brushing into a game with songs and positive reinforcement, and keep sugary drinks and snacks to a minimum.

🦷 Ouch! Toothaches aren't fun — especially for little ones.

Cavities form when bacteria feed on sugary foods and produce acids that damage enamel. Gum disease causes tender, bleeding gums. Teething, tooth injuries, sinus infections, teeth grinding and food stuck between teeth can all be culprits too.

Signs like drooling, fussiness and gum rubbing typically start around 6 months. Help your baby with cold teething rings, chilled washcloths and gentle gum massages. Avoid teething necklaces and sugary gels. Once that first tooth pops, clean with a damp cloth and a tiny smear of fluoride toothpaste.
