Congrats to Zwelithini Tunyiswa, Dr. Robert Frykberg, Ryan P. Dirks and the team from Open Wound Research on winning second place in the poster competition at Desert Foot. The poster leveraged Bayesian techniques and OWR's extensive pressure ulcer data set to compare patients treated with ProgenaMatrix human keratin matrix to a matched cohort of patients treated with standard of care. Complex pressure ulcers treated with ProgenaMatrix were 2.8 times more likely to heal. Thanks to the conference organizers and judges for this recognition.
