Nutrition experts say OJ can be part of a healthy morning routine—but moderation matters. Here’s what to know:

✅ Pros:
• Packed with immune-boosting Vitamin C
• Often fortified with calcium & vitamin D
• Quick source of energy

⚠️ Watch out for:
• High natural sugar (even in 100% juice)
• No fiber = less filling than whole fruit
• Easy to overpour (1 cup = 21g sugar!)

👉 Tips from nutritionists:
✔️ Stick to 4–6 oz max
✔️ Choose 100% juice—no added sugar
✔️ Pair with protein or fiber (like eggs or oatmeal)
