Sometimes we're looking for the answer that finally takes the weight off. But sometimes the answer you get isn't that; it's not the full answer, it's not the thing that's going to relieve the pressure. It's just the answer you have now. And what can you do to start to feel acceptance with that - while also feeling what's currently in your body and moving forward with whatever direction you choose. And rewrite what it means about you.
