At La Concordia, our Grief & Loss Support Group is a gentle space where every story, every tear, and every silence is welcomed with compassion. No matter what kind of loss you’re carrying — recent or old, named or unspoken... you don’t have to face it alone.

At our upcoming Wellness Wednesday, we’re offering a FREE community Reiki Healing Session: the perfect way to reset before the holiday season begins.

Reiki is a gentle, restorative practice that helps you:

This week, we invite you to slow down, reconnect, and take part in transformative spaces created to support your emotional and mental wellbeing:

• Grief & Loss Support Group — a compassionate place to be heard and understood.
• Caregiver Support Group — a space to recharge and receive the support you give others.
• Sound Bath — experience deep relaxation and release through therapeutic sound.
• Reiki — a calming reset for your energy, clarity, and balance.
