Tuesday: Plank and Reach – 45 sec
Wednesday: Side Plank – 45 sec
Thursday: High Plank – 45 sec
Friday: Bear Plank – 45 sec
Saturday: Forearm Plank with Hip Dips – 30 sec
Sunday: Reverse Plank – 30 sec
