This Monday, we’re shedding the "busy" badge of honor. Instead of rushing into the week, we’re breathing into it. May is a month of blooming and growth—let’s make sure we’re rooted first! ✨ Empowering Our Girls, One Pose at a Time! ✨

Calling all parents, neighbors, and friends! Is there a young girl in your life (ages 6-8) ready to shine? Our Yoga Girls Tribe Jr. is returning for a magical 4-week journey, and we want her to be a part of it!

In this tribe, we don’t just practice poses—we build a foundation for life. We combine Yoga, Mindfulness, and the thing most girls love most: CRAFTS! 🎨🧘‍♀️ Through movement and creativity, we work together to build:
* Confidence to take on new challenges.
* Resilience to bounce back with grace.
* Self-Love & Appreciation for exactly who they are.

🗓️ The Details:
* Dates: Tuesdays, June 9th – June 30th
* Time: 5:30 PM – 6:45 PM (just enough time for moms to join Lori for Hot Power!)
* Ages: 6 - 8
* Cost: Sliding Scale ($0 - $150). Scholarships are available! We want every girl to have the chance to join, regardless of finances.

Whether you’re a morning bird or a sunset chaser, we’ve got a mat waiting for you in the great outdoors. The classes are totally free—all you’ve got to cover is the parking fee. Think of it as a small tax for high-quality nature therapy.

You know that feeling when you have 42 tabs open in your brain and three of them are playing music but you can’t find which ones? This is your sign to hit refresh.

Take a deep breath. Yes, right now. Inhale for four counts, hold for two, and let it out like you’re finally putting down a heavy grocery bag.

Wait, What is Meditation Anyway?
Contrary to popular belief, meditation isn't about "turning your brain off" (if only it were that easy). It is the practice of intentional awareness (who can hear Vicie asking about intentions here?!?). It’s training your mind to acknowledge a thought—like "Did I leave the stove on?"—and gently telling it, "Not now, I’m busy existing."

As the world blooms around us, we’re turning our focus inward. This month, our guiding word and intention for the studio is Meditation, and our pose of the month is Sukhasana (Easy Seat).

Sukhasana isn't just about sitting; it’s about finding the balance between effort and ease (sthira and sukha). It’s the perfect foundation for our meditation practice, allowing us to root down through the earth while reaching tall through the crown of the head. Practice sukasana with us on World Meditation Day - Wednesday, May 20th!
