🌿 Hello May: A Month of Mindful Connection 🌿🧘♀️
As the world blooms around us, we’re turning our focus inward. This month, our guiding word and intention for the studio is Meditation, and our pose of the month is Sukhasana (Easy Seat).
Sukhasana isn't just about sitting; it’s about finding the balance between effort and ease (sthira and sukha). It’s the perfect foundation for our meditation practice, allowing us to root down through the earth while reaching tall through the crown of the head. Practice sukasana with us on World Meditation Day - Wednesday, May 20th!

✨Saturday Sound Baths: Join Vicie every Saturday at 9:30 AM for a restorative Sound Bath Meditation.
