We’re celebrating New England’s first-ever Dietitians’ Day at Fenway, honoring the incredible work dietitians are doing to advance the field of nutrition (pun absolutely intended!) across the region.

Enjoy a day of recognition and community, including a special on-field tribute highlighting the great impact dietitians across New England are making in all areas of dietetics.

Gretchen Arnold, MS, RD, LD, CNSC, is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Agriculture, Nutrition and Food Systems for the University of New Hampshire. She serves as Undergraduate Program coordinator for the Nutrition Program.

Gretchen has served on the NHAND Board of Directors as the Professional Development chair, President-Elect, President and Immediate Past President before becoming the Bylaws Chair.

Gretchen has been a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (previous CNSD) for almost 20 years. She is deeply committed to evidence-based practice and education for future dietitians and health professionals. She believes that the registered dietitian nutritionist is the most qualified advocate and educator for delivering current, evidence-based nutrition care protocols to achieve the best patient outcomes.
