Core performance
When we think about core exercises we can think of something that is really cool looking or maybe a little bit dangerous looking…well no need to do those cause core exercises should be safe, have purpose, and maybe are challenging but should be effective.
Starting with a progression that is focused on stability is a good way to begin.
Enjoy this exercise we like to use in our movement preparation with our Headliners and Rockstars!
