Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers

(CRCHC) is a private non-profit organization that was founded as a new start Section 330 funded Community Health Center (CHC) in March 2006. CRCHC provides comprehensive, high-quality primary health care to our patients regardless of ability to pay. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide health care to all members of our community, including low income, indigent, and uninsured patients who may not otherwise be able to afford health care via traditional sources. Our primary care centers offer sliding fee scales for those patients who are uninsured or low income, as well as prescription assistance so that all people can afford and have access to quality health care for both acute and chronic conditions. Our goal is to provide all residents of Cabarrus, Rowan and nearby counties with a medical home and with a provider they can know and trust, in an atmosphere that promotes respect and dignity. We have three primary care centers in Cabarrus and Rowan Counties:
