Keshia is a native of North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she received her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering. After working in the engineering field for 12 years, Keshia felt called to serve the community in a very different way. Her work in local and international missions led her to realize that she has a servant's heart and compassion for those in need. She has a heart for those who are grieving and feels it is an honor to take care of families during one of the most difficult times in their lives. Keshia is married to Ryan Lancaster, has two step-children Cali and Kaden, and has furbabies Tabitha Ann Lancaster(cat) and Roxy Mae Lancaster(dog). In her free time, you will find Keshia testing new recipes in her kitchen.

A memorial service will be held May 9, 2026, at 3:00 pm at Spirit of Joy Church in Concord, NC.

Introducing our Meet the Directors Series. The next few weeks we will be sharing a little more about our directors; highlighting what they enjoy when not serving our wonderful families. Our family serving yours!!

First up is Jonathan Kepner. Jonathan was born and raised in Wheeling, WV. He graduated from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. Jonathan represents the fifth generation of funeral service in the Kepner family. In 2018, he married Lindsey Baxter, and they now reside in Mooresville, NC with their son, Kashton Lee; daughter, Cori Jean and dog Mo. He enjoys working out, entrepreneurial business adventures, sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Tracey Darnell Staton-Simmons' funeral will be at Christ Episcopal Church, 1412 Providence Rd. 28207 in Charlotte at 2 PM on Saturday, April 25. Immediately following will be interment of his ashes in the church’s memorial garden. Afterwards, there will be a reception in the Blue Room of the church.
