Lovelace Blythe Pugh of Kannapolis passed away Monday, April 20, 2026 at home after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. Join us in congratulating our newest Licensed Funeral Director, Charlene Copley!
Charlene joined the Hartsell family in 2017. She knew at a young age that she wanted to spend her career helping others. She started out in Home Health Care (10 years) supporting families and their loved ones in the final years of life, showing compassion, and and treating them like her own family. After joining us, Charlene found her true calling of helping families with final arrangements for their loved ones and helping with the grieving process. We are proud to have her as part of the Hartsell team.
