This physician is trying to dispels some lies and misconceptions about 1) "whole" grains, 2) yogurt, and 3) gluten allergies. In case you can't bring yourself to watch the video, here are two tips:
1) Eat breads that are heavy and dense -- not spongy and light. Despite the latters' labels, the former are the ones containing actual whole grains.
2) Get more fiber into your diet. This will improve the environment in your intestines, which need a prebiotic even more than a probiotic.
