🚨 Meet Our Newest Coach – Matt Barnette! 🚨

You’ve probably already seen Matt around CFC because he’s been part of the crew for a hot minute. But now, we’re officially welcoming him as our newest coach! 💪🔥

Matt has held his CrossFit L1 for several years, coached in Wilson, NC for a couple of years, and brings with him a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a down-to-earth style that makes him both relatable and fun to be around.

We couldn’t be more excited to have Matt on board as we roll into the final stretch of the year 🚀. With big things coming in coaching, programming, and fresh additions you’ve never seen before here at CrossFit Cabarrus… the timing couldn’t be better.

🚨 NEW TRAINING OPTIONS at CrossFit Cabarrus 🚨

At CFC, we know your fitness goals can change over time—and we’re here to grow with you. That’s why we’ve expanded our training options while continuing to sharpen what we do best.

Here’s what’s now available:

💪 CrossFit + Bootcamp
The foundation of our community—now dialed in with new strength cycles. Bootcamp classes are evolving too, bringing you a hybrid mix of Hyrox-style conditioning and pump sessions for well-rounded GPP fitness (without Olympic lifting).

🤸 Gymnastics Program (3x/week)
Each session includes a structured warm-up, detailed skill focus, and strength progression to help you master bodyweight movements.

🏃 Hyrox Program (3x/week)
Designed for long-endurance athletes while still keeping strength in the mix.

🏋️ Olympic Lifting Program (60 min)
Movement-specific sessions to build technique, power, and confidence with the lifts.

🔥 Pump Track (5x/week)
A full hour dedicated to weight training—isolated strength work that leaves you with that classic pump.

We also offer wide open gym hours, giving you the flexibility to mix in these programs as part of your own training.
