MEMBER OF THE MONTH — KIRSTEN

Kirsten’s one of those people that just makes the gym better.

She’s out serving the community every day as a police officer… and then comes in here and gets after it like it’s nothing.

She’s also quietly one of the strongest people in the building. Not for attention, just because she puts in the work—consistently.

She’s jumped into comps, brought people with her, and helped build that community side of things without ever forcing it.

And honestly… she’s just someone you want in class.
Good attitude, easy to be around, shows up and works.

That’s why she’s Member of the Month.

What Bootcamp has looked like… and where we’re headed next.

Over the past quarter, we made a big shift.
Less random workouts. More intention.

We moved into a progressive overload strength model… building real strength first, then finishing with short, effective conditioning.

Q1 Breakdown:
• Monday… Upper Body (Functional Bodybuilding)
• Tuesday… Lower Body
• Wednesday… Full Body
• Thursday… Core + Cardio
• Friday… Performance + Pump

Strength was the priority. Conditioning stayed tight (5–8 min finishers).
And the result? Progress you can actually measure.

Now heading into next quarter… we’re leveling it up.

We’re keeping the same structure… but optimizing flow, recovery, and output:

New Split:
• Monday… Lower Body
• Tuesday… Full Body
• Wednesday… Core + Cardio
• Thursday… Performance, Power + Pump
• Friday… Upper Body

AND…

👉 Conditioning finishers are getting extended
(8–12 minutes now… still efficient, just more output)

This is about building muscle, getting stronger, and actually seeing change… not just sweating for the sake of it.
