All day long, our team has been stepping into the cold and finishing their final plunges of the 30-Day Cold Plunge Challenge — and we couldn’t be more proud! 💪🔥

From 5:08 AM (yes… 5:08 AM) to the final plunges tonight, our teammates showed up with grit, consistency, and the kind of energy that makes Augment special. This challenge was about more than cold water — it was about discipline, mental toughness, accountability, and proving to ourselves that we can do hard things.
