Colder days with a lot less sunlight… brings out the snacker in me! Healthy habits for fall and winter keep us energized and motivated, so we don’t fall into the trap of snacking on junk. By keeping healthy snacks available you can easily avoid common eating pitfalls. Hard boiled eggs, protein balls and nut mixes are some of my fall staples. Easy to make, keeps well for days, satisfying and super yummy! Get creative, add your favorite ingredients and keep healthy snacks displayed well so they catch your eye faster than the packaged pooh! Be well ❤️

I love August - when played right it’s the best time to do a quick reset and prepare for the big back to school transition. For students it’s essential!Correct summer sleeping habits, train for fall sports, organize your room, so many small habits can ensure that you have anything you need to waltz into classes confident and prepared. A photo dump of purple flowers blooming in my garden today. Purple is a color of many interpretations but it’s commonly known as a spiritual color and has calming qualities. Whatever it is that makes you feel calm … bring it into your space in as many ways as possible. For me it’s growing purple flowers and bringing them into my work space to keep me grounded. Be well on this special Memorial Day.

It’s the time of year- to help reduce invasive plants from growing and taking away from the nutrients of our soil. By removing invasive species, we help the plants we want and need in our environment. Why post this on my business site? Because just like in our garden environment, we have invasive issues to deal with in our physiological environment. Working with a health coach can help you know how to make sure that your body is nourished,
and how to identify the aspects of your routines that may be depleting you. Don’t water bad seeds! (And don’t forget to pull the garlic mustard out of the garden this spring!)
