Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist I feel inspired to work with clients who are taking control of their own health.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMBT #11460) and throughout my 13 year career I have studied and practiced many techniques. I find joy being in nature and I like to explore by means of trail running shoes, a backpack or a bicycle. I was also a competitive olympic weightlifter for 6 years. I know the value that bodywork bestows upon an active lifestyle. I began my career working with a chiropractor and within that environment I gained experience in supporting people's healing from personal injuries with various bodywork techniques and treatments. I've been able to witness, first hand, the health complications that transpire from sitting and I am encouraged to work with those clients who proactively choose massage therapy as a part of an intentional, healthy lifestyle in order to combat the negative effects of being sedentary most of the day. My gift is to provide high quality, therapeutic bodywork to those wanting to heal and renew their body and spirit. In addition to the different bodywork modalities, I also have certifications from the Nutrition Therapy Association and the Chek Institute (Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coach L2).

Dear clients,
I need to share some difficult news.
On Dec. 31, 2024, just short of finishing a 750 mile tour of FL on our tandem bicycle, we were hit by a car. The driver never stopped. I sustained life threatening injuries and underwent 5 surgeries over the course of the following 48 hours, including an aortic stent, removal of my left kidney, and fusion of my thoracic spine.
I am currently unable to walk.
This means that, for the time being, I need to suspend my massage practice.
I have begun my rehabilitation and I am committed to working hard in my recovery and regaining full mobility.
I appreciate your understanding and support as I navigate this journey.

My massage services are going mobile!

A year ago I moved east and have enjoyed connecting with new clients in the Raleigh/Cary area. Throughout this time, I have noticed a trend of clients preferring the convenience of receiving massages in their homes and in response to that, I have been offering this service to some of my clients here.
As I explored the idea of a full time mobile massage business, I realized the opportunity to service clients in Concord and Raleigh.
What will this look like?
I will be taking appointments in Concord on Monday-Wednesday each week and Raleigh/Cary on Thursday-Saturday.
Due to the complexity of the travel between clients, I won’t be making online booking available just yet. You will need to reach out to me directly to book.

I will not be taking new clients at this time unless you are a referral from an existing client.
‌
Raleigh/Cary: I will continue to see clients at my location on Kilmayne Dr through April. I will begin mobile May 2.
Concord: I will begin mobile next week!
