With Valentine’s Day here, we just wanted to take a moment to say how much we appreciate this community. It’s truly a privilege to serve so many wonderful families here in Concord.

We see firsthand how much neighbors look out for one another — whether it’s picking up prescriptions for a loved one, reminding a spouse to take their medication, or checking in on a parent. Those everyday acts of care really matter.
