What an incredible showing at the 24th annual RockN' Race in support of the Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care HOPE Resource Center!

Forty-seven people from the HHH community signed up for our team, with 20 participants over 80 years old and four over 90. Don Hayes was honored to serve as Grand Marshall and rang the bell to start the race. Our team raised an impressive $6,508 for the Payson Center and ranked third among all team fundraising results!

Last week, we celebrated 300 years of history at Sugarball Park, located right next to our Heritage Heights campus. This beautiful park marks the 300th anniversary of the first recorded religious service in central New Hampshire, held on May 15, 1726. Photos by our talented resident photographer, Jane Strablizky. Exciting news! The New Hampshire Senior Games has added Bocce as a new sport for the 2027 National Senior Games in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Havenwood Heritage Heights is proud to be the host site of the 2026 NHSG Bocce inaugural event on September 16th!

After another successful season of our residents playing Bocce on our beautiful front lawn in 2025, we were asked to advocate for Bocce to become a recognized NH Senior Games sport. After joint efforts with NHSG leadership, we succeeded at both the state and national level!

The tournament will be held on two beautiful grass courts with regulation Bocce court dimensions. As a new event, it will be played as an "open" for singles and doubles with no age limit beyond the NHSG minimum. Teams can be co-ed, and medals will be awarded for singles and team play.

Our landscape team has been hard at work preparing the courts for this historic event. We're thrilled to host this inaugural tournament and continue our commitment to being an athletic community. Photos by Jane Strablizky.

He has led Havenwood Heritage Heights through significant growth, industry changes, and evolving challenges while positioning the organization for long-term success. His accomplishments include leading a learning organization, fostering organizational sustainability, and demonstrating future-focused business acumen and adaptive resilience.

Through his commitment to developing future healthcare professionals and navigating complex challenges with integrity, Mike has made a lasting impact on both HHH and the broader healthcare community. This well-deserved award was presented by Lisa Henderson, Executive Director of the Maine & New Hampshire LeadingAge Association.

Mark your calendars for our Annual Resident Wellness Fair! Our HHH Resident Wellness Committee is hosting this wonderful event with an amazing raffle featuring 36 prizes.

Ticket sales begin Wednesday from 11 am-1 pm and Thursday from 11:30 am-3:45 pm. Stop by Thursday to play the raffle and pick up valuable information from area healthcare providers. You don't need to be present to win, but if you win one of the big baskets, please pick it up from Barrows by Friday. Don't miss this great event!

Happy National Nursing Home Week! 🌸 This year's theme is "Moments in Bloom," reflecting how everyday acts of compassion, connection, and teamwork grow into meaningful experiences for residents, families, and staff. It celebrates the idea that moments big and small, when nurtured, can flourish and help residents live life to the fullest.

We have lots of special events planned to celebrate this week! We're kicking things off with a Spring Concert by our very own Triple H Singers. Thursday brings animal and critter visits with Stella the Mini Horse. Friday we'll have a Make Your Own Sundae Party plus several outside performers throughout the week. It's going to be a great celebration!
