Here are some Tips to avoid getting our love ones sick.

🧼 1. Hand Hygiene is Everything

-Wash hands (you + your child) before and after the visit.
-Use hand sanitizer immediately after touching door handles, toys, check-in counters, etc.
-Don't touch your face (especially eyes, nose, mouth) during the visit.

😷 2. Wear a Mask
-If you or your child has any symptoms, wear a mask.
-Even if you're not sick, a mask offers an extra layer of protection—especially during cold/flu season.

🧸 3. Avoid Shared Toys & Books
-Bring your own toys, books, or tablet for your child.
-Skip the communal play area—they’re rarely sanitized between uses.

🧽 4. Sanitize Surfaces
-Wipe down chairs, exam table, and armrests with disinfecting wipes before sitting or letting your child explore.
-Don’t let toddlers crawl on the floor—lots of foot traffic, not much cleaning.

School is back in session, and a good night’s sleep is key to helping your child focus, learn, and grow! Here are some simple tips to get your child’s sleep routine on track for the school year:

🌙 Set a consistent bedtime: Aim for the same time every night — even on weekends!
🌙 Create a calming bedtime routine: Reading a book, dimming the lights, and quiet activities help signal it’s time to sleep.
🌙 Limit screen time before bed: Try to turn off TVs, tablets, and phones at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
🌙 Make the bedroom comfy: A cool, dark, and quiet space is ideal for restful sleep.
🌙 Stick to wake-up times: Regular wake-up times help set their internal clock.
