Meet Victoria:
My goal as a therapist is to create a space that feels comfortable, compassionate, and safe for everyone I have the privilege of supporting. I remind my clients that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach when it comes to healing. This is your journey—and as your therapist, I’m here to listen, learn about your unique concerns, and collaborate with you to address them in a way that truly works for you.
I utilize a strengths-based approach and work alongside clients to meet their needs and therapeutic goals while integrating practical, daily coping skills. I also enjoy incorporating creative elements into therapy—such as art expression, humor, and mindfulness—when appropriate, because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.
My path into this work has been shaped by my background in the arts, education, and human services. I hold a Master’s in Social Work with a focus in Trauma from Pennsylvania Western University, and bachelor’s degrees in Fine Arts and Spanish. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations including survivors of sexual violence, justice-involved youth, immigrants and refugees, incarcerated women, individuals experiencing homelessness, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and military personnel.
Currently, I support individuals and families navigating a range of concerns, including relationship issues, anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, difficulty setting boundaries, learning disabilities, trauma history, PTSD, intimate partner violence, and sexual violence. I take a trauma-informed, holistic approach that prioritizes immediate needs and stabilization first, before implementing additional therapeutic techniques rooted in TF-CBT and DBT.
