It’s time for check ups! Happy Grateful Friday folks! 😁

I’ve done this gratitude before I think, but it’s fresh on my mind because I had my annual physical and blood work this week.

And the results are…. I’M HEALTHY!

I just think it’s really cool that we can figure different things out by checking our blood. 🩸 🩸 🩸

Major gratitude to all the doctors, nurses, and technicians out there helping people. This would be a weird world without you. ❤️

This obviously applies to your relationships, mindset, spirituality, etc.

It’s never too late to start sowing some good things in your life (planting those good seeds).

You just have to be patient and take care of those things to finally start seeing the fruit. 🍇

Ask yourself, are you seeing what you want to see in your life? 👀

A reminder to reflect on how you’re living your life. How you interact with people. How you view success for yourself.

If things aren’t working out, then it’s time to change.

Things are starting to heat up over here. 🥵Perfect time for Grateful Friday!

Have you ever struggled? It’s challenging to work through struggles in life. I see two ways of going about it though:

One way is saying to myself, “Why am I going through this? My life sucks. I’m just going to be miserable forever.”

Another way is saying, “This sucks and it’s challenging. I know there’s light at the end of the tunnel. I just need to keep going.”

Acknowledging that the struggle is not pleasant and finding a way to move through it could be helpful. (Also, there could be something to using the word ”challenge” 😉)

So I’m grateful for the change in mindset when struggles come. I’m also grateful for what struggles can produce within us as we persevere through them. 😁

Your life has value even if…

you didn’t get a scholarship.
you didn’t win the championship.
you didn’t make the team.
you got injured and can’t play anymore.

Your life is worth living.

Access. Sometimes we take it for granted. Happy Grateful Friday folks!

When thinking about 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 I think about the usual things like having fresh water and food, but there are things we don’t always consider.

I’m grateful for access to information when I need it.
I’m grateful for access to a loving family.
I’m grateful for access to friends I can have fun with.
I’m grateful for access to friends that hold me accountable.

There’re more things to add to this list for me, but you get the point.

Reflect on what you might access to. You might have a different list than me. 😊

We’ll make the most out of this day. Happy Grateful Friday!

I woke up and was grateful for the rest, the cool breeze in the morning, the new growth I see on the trees and bushes, and the sound of birds waking up and chirping (not always grateful for this, but today I was 😅).

Start the day off with some gratitude! You can do this in the morning, throughout the day, or at night. But try starting the day off with it.

Even if you’re up at 4am or 5am for morning workouts 🫠! Pause and reflect on at least ONE thing you’re grateful for in that moment.

I get it…

You feel like you “can’t talk about” what’s going on.

You feel like you “need to be strong” for your family and everyone else.

You feel like “nobody else would understand”.

I get it…

The thing you need to understand is there is another way to go about this.

The way you’ve been doing things hasn’t worked so far. How about trying something new?

You’re worthy of support.
You’re worthy of love.
You’re worthy of healing.

It’s time…
