On October 27, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Contra Costa County will be hosting The 3rd Annual Health and Wellness Fair in Downtown Concord. This annual family event inspires our corporate partners, community leaders and local businesses to unify together around one goal: providing resources to our communities in bringing health and wellness into their homes and workplaces.
