✨We are wishing everyone the best start to their school year! Please see below some things just to keep in mind as this busy season of life begins:

-if you or your child is sick, please coordinate accordingly with your therapist to either cancel your appointment or switch to a virtual visit. As much as we would want to see you in person, we would like to stay healthy, along with other patients that are coming in! So please, do not come in person in the office if you or your child is sick.
-virtual visits are very easy to switch to if it is ever needed, just email or call your therapist and let them know you need to change it up for a visit if needed.
-we understand this is a busy season of life however, we still need a 24 hour notice of appointments that need to be cancelled. If not cancelled 24 hours before your appointment, this will result in a late cancellation fee.
-need a change in your schedule during this time? We will try our best to accommodate, just email, call, or talk with your therapist at your next appointment to talk this through together.
-holiday plans and will be out of town? It is best to give us a heads up so we can also plan ahead too!

✨all the moms and dads with a child who may have ADHD, check this out! We have a camp coming soon right before school that will be able to help your child (and you!) learn how to manage their ADHD and start the school year off strong. Any questions, feel free to DM us!✨

Side note- a formal diagnosis of ADHD is NOT required to join the group. This group could also be fitting for a child who just needs a boost in confidence of getting back in the groove with all things school!

It was such a great week last week at the Positive Mindset Summer Camp! We were able to learn about how habits influence our mental health, ways we can have a positive mindset, and how we can continue those habits through summer and the school year!
