We have successfully launched our new AcuBliss patient portal! Check your email for your invitation to the new patient portal, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
We hope everyone is having an awesome start to summer so far!
We have exciting news… we’re going to be switching to a new electronic health record/scheduling system! This is going to be a big change for us, but it will include some very exciting new options for you!
Our new software is called AcuBliss.
What does this mean for you?
With your new AcuBliss Patient Portal account, you will be able to:
- Schedule appointments online, just like you have been!
- Put yourself on the virtual waitlist and get notified if an appointment opens up!
- See and download your invoices and superbills.
- Purchase and redeem eGift cards and acupuncture packages.
- Manage your child or dependent’s account from your account!
As part of this switch, we will also be switching payment processors. If you currently have a card on file with us, we may need you to put it on file again, either the next time you’re in the office, or online through your new AcuBliss Patient Portal account!
What is this change going to look like?
As we start this transition, online booking through the current patient portal will be turned off. If you need to make an appointment in the meantime, please call, text, or email us and we’d be happy to help.
When we successfully make the switch, you’ll get an email to set up your new AcuBliss Patient Portal account. Your previous charts and appointment data will be ported over to AcuBliss.
While we’re navigating this change, we appreciate your patience and understanding, since we’re all going to be learning how to use the new software! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about setting up your new account and how it works.
