🧘‍♀️ Relax & Restore is a 90-minute restorative yoga workshop designed to support you in deep rest, relaxation, and ease. We’ll begin with gentle movement and breath, then settle into 8–12 supported postures using blankets, bolsters, and blocks. We’ll close with an extended savasana that leaves you feeling recharged and ready for the week ahead.
