This holiday season, be gentle with yourself. Choose what feels manageable, let go of what doesn’t, and make space for your own needs.

For 30 years, Schelley has supported countless moms-to-be and new families as both a pediatric nurse and supervisor of our Healthy Families America program. Her compassion leaves a lasting impact on the families she serves, and those lucky enough to work alongside her.

Like this post to congratulate Schelley on this tremendous milestone!👏

Our team had a spectacular time kicking off the holiday season at the Wolfeboro Festival of Trees!

Thank you to all the new and familiar faces who came out to support our agency this weekend. And a shout-out to our agency team and Hospice Home & Garden Tour volunteers for their fantastic tree decorating skills!

As we move through this holiday season, we invite you to pause and remember the people who’ve touched your life in meaningful ways.

Our Season of Remembrance online honor roll is now open, offering a space to honor loved ones who may no longer be with us but remain ever-present in our hearts. You can add a name here: https://www.granitevna.org/ways-to-give/season/

For those who choose to make a gift of $250 or more to support our hospice program between now and Dec. 31, you’ll receive a hand-blown glass keepsake ornament crafted by our very own Jeff Lamy, a League of NH Craftsmen juried member. It’s a beautiful reminder of the light our loved ones continue to bring into our lives.

We are grateful to share this season with a community that remembers together.

Remembering loved ones who have passed away is an important tradition for Granite VNA. Each winter we take pride in providing an opportunity for our community to pause during a typically busy time of year to remember those no longer with us.
