I'm Late! Am I Really Pregnant?

Missing your period along with other early signs of pregnancy can be very upsetting if you were not planning on becoming pregnant. Cabarrus Women's Center is medical clinic for offering lab quality pregnancy tests and pregnancy ultrasounds at no cost to you. After your results, the staff can discuss your options for your pregnancy with you in a confidential environment.

If you are considering an abortion as an option, it is important to be tested for sexually transmitted infections to lower your risk for significant health problems. Cabarrus Women's Center offers free STI testing to determine if our on-cost on-site treatments or a referral is needed.
