𝓗𝓪𝓹𝓹𝔂 𝓕𝓾𝓵𝓵 𝓜𝓸𝓸𝓷!

On April 16th, the full moon lands in the none other than our cardinal air sign, Libra. Libra, above all else, values justice, harmony and balance. Being an air sign, which indicates processing through use of logic, Libra has an uncanny ability to look at all sides objectively, at times to the point of paralysis-inducing indecision. Libra also is ruled by the planet Venus, which is all about love and beauty. Thus, Libra has a fervent appreciation for all things romance and that bring more harmony, beauty and luxury into the world.

Being that the full moon carries the energy of release, this full moon in Libra beckons us to do away with anything (both outward and inward) that is keeping us out of balance. Perhaps, that spring cleaning is overdue, and a good declutter would help put your mind right, just by bringing more beauty into your space. Or, it could be that a deeper look is warranted with this full moon. Perhaps, looking at situations in a one-sided or narrow-viewed way had ceased to serve you and taking a Libra-oriented approach of seeing things objectively could turn a new page. Survey where you may be stubborn, holding on, or not seeing the whole picture. Where can you ease up and usher in more harmony? Or balance? What things need to be let go of in order to bring that harmony and balance in?

𝓗𝓪𝓹𝓹𝔂 𝓝𝓮𝔀 𝓜𝓸𝓸𝓷

Today, the new moon falls into none other than the dreamiest of water signs: Pisces. Pisces is easily the most ethereal of the signs, at times seemingly existing part-time in a dream-like state. Pisces is highly empathic, feeling the entire world around them on the most sensitive of energetic levels. Being highly spiritual and soulful in nature, Pisces tends to gravitate towards whatever brings us closest to universal unconditional love--the highest of transcendental powers. For this reason, they dislike conflict and often try to steer clear of confrontation altogether. Pisces consistently works to achieve a higher, more loving state through the use of their brilliant imagination, intuition, and romantic nature.

As such, with the new moon falling in the emotionally-led water sign of Pisces, it would be safe to say that you might be feeling some overflowing feelings--hopefully in the more optimistic sense. New moons signify seeds of intention and manifestation, and with Pisces having an easy direct connection into universal consciousness and higher truths, as it were, it is safe to say that this new moon may have you feeling hopeful and clear on your emotions regarding any new beginnings you might be considering. Regardless, this is a perfect time to tune in and listen to what that softer, all-knowing emotional and intuitive side of yourself has to say. Our emotions go hand-in-hand with our intuition, and often give us the the waypoints we need throughout our journey to make big decisions. Use the amplified connection with love, with the ability to 'tune in"--both to yourself and that higher consciousness, and your own sacred emotional wisdom to create your new beginnings. ✨🌘🧜‍♀️

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒎𝒐𝒐𝒏 𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝒆𝒄𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒔𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝑺𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒖𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆!

Tonight, at This eclipse, which occurs on December 3rd at 11:44 pm (PST) will wrap up a series of eclipses along the Gemini/Sagittarius axis.

Beginning in June of 2020, we have had a series (six, to be exact) of eclipses along the axis of these freedom-loving sister signs. Gemini, a logical air sign, expresses itself through relatability, teaching and learning, curiosity, and communication. Sagittarius, on the other hand, expands those themes into a broader sense, as it rules over philosophy, abstract thought, freedom and expansion. While Gemini is constantly taking in information through their intrinsic curiosity, Sagittarius (a passionate fire sign) tends to crave more abstract understanding through immersing themselves in adventure and experience. Gemini helps us connect with others, relay our thoughts and ideas day-to-day. Sagittarius helps us form our philosophical and spiritual ideas and relate those on a higher level.

So with the eclipses bouncing back and forth between these themes, it's probably pretty likely you may have seen some major jolts to the system in these areas. Eclipses tend to bring major changes or shifts, whether internal or external. Needless to say, these shifts are meant for us to evolve, learn and grow. Because of this abrupt energy, they call for us to practice reflection and surrender. How has your communication evolved since June 2020? What major transitions have you seen in your close and broader social relationships? How have you evolved in terms of expressing your ideas, your thoughts, your truth and your beliefs? Internally, how has your own philosophy and faith changed or evolved in the past year? How did these themes interplay with each other? Reflection is of utmost importance because it brings awareness to our growth. As it stands, this lunation is poised to close out the end of any of these important lessons that have surfaced during the reign of this eclipse timespan and usher in a new chapter.

Today, at 11:40 am Pacific time, the Super Strawberry moon reaches its peak in the sign of Capricorn, the Cardinal Earth sign of the zodiac.

Capricorn, being the sign that gives us all the ‘stern father’ energy as the lesson teacher and motivator, initiates us into action. This sign is all about grounded action in service to a greater goal. With the full moon in Capricorn, the energy presents itself as a wonderful opportunity to initiate new patterns in lieu of lessons learned. Capricorn has an incredible ability to survey from a practical lens, so use this full moon to reflect on what is serving you, your goals and your highest self. On a practical front (perhaps in your day-to-day) what behaviors, patterns or beliefs are inhibiting your ability to move forward, envision the bigger picture or aspire to your highest potential?

When in its highest expression, Capricorn knows it’s worth, and stops at nothing to attain it through methodical, motivated action. With that, use the frequency of this full moon to step into your own worth through grounded inventory. Release what inhibits your ability to charge forward, like our beloved sea goat. Bring in and own the lessons that have furthered your progress and let them propel you forward towards your dreams abd highest self.

As a side note: Today’s full moon is in opposition to the sun. Notice when emotions and your ability to express them out into the world create a tug of war energy. When coming from a grounded place, this opposition can be used as a strengthening energy to use practical emotional force to drive outward into the world and present your emotions in a healthy way.

Tonight, the moon in Scorpio reaches its fullest phase at 8:32 PST and happens to be a supermoon.

This supermoon in watery Scorpio falls in opposition to the Sun, Venus, and Mercury which are in the grounded, steadfast (and sometimes stubborn) sign of Ta**us. This means our outer demeanor (Sun), communication style (Mercury) and sense of beauty and romantic needs (Venus, obvi) may be more grounded and in need of practicality and security at this time. Whereas, our emotions and deeper subconscious (Hello, Moon in Scorpio) may be coming into conflict with that, or causing a bit of tension.

In a more practical sense, Scorpio is the ruler over death and rebirth. This sign, when coupled with the energy of the moon, holds great power to uproot deep emotion or trauma and transmute or transform it into a positive, if we give enough attention and care. This Supermoon, allow your emotional needs to be tended to. Scorpio calls us inward, so allow yourself that time. Each of us hold the ability to transmute our own pain into healing, our perceived weaknesses into strengths, our trauma into our power.

Additionally, in the outer world, be mindful of how you communicate and bring patience to the areas of your life where you are in need of emotional security. Perhaps allow yourself to take a moment to pause to feel grounded before allowing emotional reactivity to carry you away. Being mindful of your energy, grounding before connecting to others, and checking into how you emotionally show up in a space will significantly benefit the effects of the oppositional aspect with this full moon. Ta**us loves simplicity, so connect to your simple, sensual needs that bring you security. Walk in nature. Smell the roses and fresh air. Feel the warm sun and grass under your feet. You’ll show up more grounded and aware.

Many of you already know that Astrology has long been a deep interest of mine. At 12:17 am PT this Saturday, 2/27, the moon reaches its fullest point in the sign of Virgo. Virgo, typically a very grounded earth sign creates a nice juxtaposition to the sun currently in Pisces, which brings a watery, ethereal and even dreamy-like energy. This moon in virgo offers a grounding energy to the potential emotional vibes that Pisces season pulls us into, and stands to offer balance and even a bit more harmony into our being.

Virgo, when in balance, is a sign of the Divine Feminine, offering the energy of self-respect and self-honoring from a place of a grounded, practical nature. Healthy Virgo energy also strikes harmony between ritual self care and service to others, which they do exceedingly well. Virgo is also the sign of the house and home, and focuses on where we take shelter and how we can make those spaces conducive to finding true comfort and peace in them, including and primarily, our bodies.

Healthy Virgo energy creates a self-sustaining relationship with their own bodies. They trust their bodies inherently to provide all that they need: nurturing, acceptance, love, validation and healing. As such, they are one unto themselves in the most l divinely perfect of ways.

Conversely, when unbalanced, Virgo energy can yield to over-service of others, to the point of depleting themselves. They can be hypercritical or judgemental of situations or others, and especially critical of themselves, and at times tend towards a neurotic energy of needing control and being fearful of outcomes.

With all this being said, where do either the former or latter traits show up in your life and in your engrained patterning?.This full moon offers an opening for stepping into a practical look at our patterning and a deeper understanding of what it means to be self-sustaining, without the need for validation from anyone but yourself. Nurture a relationship with yourself. Meet yourself where you are at and develop rituals of practical self-care that make your body feel grateful to be your only home.
