Important Update

I hope this message finds you well.

At Confident Crowns Hair Restoration, we are committed to providing you with high-quality care, products, and customized hair restoration solutions. As you may be aware, the current economic climate has led to increased costs across many industries, including shipping, materials, and specialized medical-grade products.

In order to continue delivering the level of service and quality you expect, we will be implementing the following updates effective June 1st:

- Product & Laser Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $12 will now apply to all shipped products and laser devices.
- Hair Replacement Units (Medical Wigs & Toppers): Shipping for these custom units will now be $40.
- Service Adjustments: Select services will reflect a slight price increase. Please note that not all services will be affected.

These changes allow us to maintain the integrity of our services, continue offering high-quality solutions, and support the rising operational costs associated with providing specialized hair restoration care.

We truly appreciate your continued trust and support. If you have any questions or would like more details regarding these updates, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Appointments fill quickly. We strongly encourage you to book in advance and utilize the waitlist if your preferred date is unavailable.

Communication Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (calls & texts for brief messages only)

Policy Highlights:
- Results may vary; no guaranteed outcomes
- No-shows (new clients) may be restricted from future bookings
- Same-day cancellations/no-shows: $40 fee
- 15+ minutes late: courtesy call required; $15 late fee if accommodated
- Before & After-hours appointments: $80 additional fee
- Color services: $30 per additional bowl if extra product is needed
