Sunset Home Senior Living Community Sunset Home is a locally-owned, not-for-profit Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Community.

Sunset Home is a Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living home that has been a part of the Concordia community since 1911 (chartered in 1905). Over the past 112 years we have enjoyed serving the community and its residents and look forward to our future offering person-centered care to older adults.

🏁Miller Ag Repair LLC. and Miller Race Team 🏎 along with the assistance of many of you, our local race car drivers/teams are hosting the 🍩 2025 Doughnuts With Drivers 🍩 again this year at Sunset Home Senior Living Community this year we will raise money for the Activities Department at Sunset Home.
