Cacao Ceremony with Sound Meditation
A Cacao Ceremony is a spiritual gathering where people drink cacao to facilitate a deeper connection, healing, and self-exploration. Connecting to our ancestors, the plant medicines, the Aztec and Mayan cultures, the earth, elements and momma cacao, giving gratitude and appreciation.
The ceremonies may include cleansing of each persons energy to start, meditation, journaling, movement, dance, breathwork, reflection, or sharing insights. Tuning into the heart space and awakening to the inner journey, through presence, relaxation and sound. Allowing us to release and receive the medicine from pure nature and vibration. Many instruments are used to re-tune the body, down to the cells. Setting intentions as we drink cacao, deepening our senses and listening not only to the outside world but the inner journey.
We will drink ceremonial organic fair trade cacao from different countries infused with love and joy in a tea form like hot chocolate but without the chemicals, processing and high heat temperatures that effect the essence and spirit of cacao.
Cacao will be melted over hot water and mixed a milk plant substitute.
Sweeteners like honey may be added and spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin spice, ginger and cayenne. Please note any allergy or sensitivity to anything you may do we can prepare each cup special for you.
Cacao opens us to our hearts and relaxes the mind. Packed full of minerals and antioxidants, it’s been used for centuries for its benefits and ability to heal on many levels. Dopamine and serotonin naturally occurs in the body when we drink cacao and gives us what we’re needing in a profound way.
