💙 Free Support Group 💙

Our community is still feeling the aftershocks of last week’s school shooting in Evergreen. To provide a safe space for healing, we are offering a support group Tuesday, September 16th, from 5:30–7:00pm at 10791 Kitty Drive for parents and kids who want connection.

🍽 Dinner (pizza and salad) included
💜 This group is free of charge!

We know many of our local kids are struggling to process the tragic events in Evergreen this week. 💔

Today at 3:00 pm, Conifer Play Therapy is offering a free 1-hour support group for children who may need a safe space to talk, play, and begin to heal.

💙 Free Support Sessions Today 💙

Yesterday’s tragic events and school lockdowns were scary and unsettling for so many families. If you or your kids are feeling shaken or overwhelmed, please know you don’t have to carry it alone.

We’re opening our doors today for free 30-minute drop-in sessions for parents and kids who just need a safe space to talk, process, or simply be supported.

🕒 Stop by anytime between 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM

These sessions are confidential and meant to provide immediate support during a difficult time. They are not ongoing therapy, but a chance to connect and feel cared for in the midst of everything that's happening.

Come as you are—no appointment needed. We’re here to sit with you, listen, and walk through this together. 💙

Hey Everyone!

Conifer Play Therapy is excited to offer two FREE support groups this spring. Our "Game Changers" series will help parents and kids develop healthy screentime habits. With guidance from award-winning author Diana Graber's book "Raising Humans in a Digital World" we will learn about the challenges and benefits of kids engaging with connected devices, internet gaming, and social media.

Children's group = 6 weekly meetings (Tuesdays @ 2:45-4:15, West Jefferson Elementary School only) in April and May; limited spaces available.
Parent's group = 1st Wednesday of each month (March, April, May) @ 7-8pm via Zoom; unlimited space available. This group is for all parents who want to support their kids with safe and responsible digital exploration.
