Cathi Colas is a Corepower Certified Yoga Instructor. She teaches Power Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt and Hot Power Fusion. She has been teaching for many years at Corepower’s South Denver studios. Power Vinyasa is challenging yoga class includes demanding strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and probably breaking a sweat! This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. Set to energizing music, this class strengthens, balances, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind.
Yoga Sculpt integrates the balance and flexibility of yoga with a full body
strengthening routine by combining a vinyasa flow with the use of light weights.
You also get the benefits of a high intensity cardiovascular workout, as the
class incorporates cardio bursts within each segment
Yoga Fusion (YF) is a mixture of the static postures found in Bikram based
Hot Yoga combined with a Power Vinyasa flow. This class focuses on balance, in addition to attaining and maintaining proper body alignment. These are the elements that allow you to open the shoulders, hips and spine, as well as strengthening core and upper body.
