I love all my regulars and can't thank you enough for trusting me with your energy. Making folks feel comfortable, safe and secure is a big priority. I am always delighted when someone comes to see me for the first time.

Whether you've had Reiki in the past and are interested in trying a new practitioner or curious to find out what the hoopla is all about, I would love to see some new faces at YHL The Mind & Body Boutique.

Reminder:
Crystal singing bowl sound bath is now an optional add on to Reiki sessions. Twenty minutes of energy work then twenty minutes of sound bath.

A reminder of what's important. I really don't think it was necessary to start off with "the world is in chaos". Rise above fear and chaos and focus on all the good around you. Take action, speak up when you need to but always remember to do all things from a place of gratitude and love. When faced with a problem ask, how can this get better? Make that your mantra/prayer.

Update:
The YHL event originally scheduled for 01/11 was rescheduled 01/18. Luckily the weather cooperated and we didn't have to reschedule...again. We were sold out and at capacity. Everyone left with a big smile and feeling a little lighter.

We will be doing another one in February.

And, as always, Reiki appointments are available Thursdays and Fridays @ 5:30 pm/ Saturdays 11:00 am till 3:00.
