Tom & Jerry's Home Medical Service Since 1983 we have been in service to Connellsville and surrounding communities. You can also find surgical, incontinent, ostomy, and mastectomy supplies.

Tom & Jerry's has been serving Connellsville and surrounding communities since 1983. We are a durable medical equipment company specializing in the sale/rental of nebulizers, hospital beds, wheelchairs, rollators, walkers, canes, or crutches via private pay or through insurance. For the medical professional we offer complete nursing uniforms, scrubs, occupational/casual wear shoes, and supplies. We do in store fittings for knee, ankle and wrist braces as well as compression stockings. We have an in store respiratory therapist to help with any oxygen, CPAP/BIPAP needs. Last but not least, Tom & Jerry's deals with Pride lift chairs and scooters.
**Please note we do not bill insurance for scooters but we do for lift chairs.
