It is with tremendous sadness that we share the news of Dr. Joseph J. Chomiak, Jr.’s passing on December 21, 2025.

Dr. Chomiak was not only a skilled, talented and compassionate dentist, but a respected mentor, a friend to many, and our fearless leader. Providing top-notch care for his patients was his number one priority. He loved nothing more than helping you, creating beautiful smiles, and solving your dental problems.
