I am a Reiki Master and Energy Intuitive and Certified in Holy Fire Karuna Reiki, Usui Reiki, Simply Healing which are different energy healing techniques.I have started this page in order to share with others what I know and continually learn about how to heal ourselves through not only the energy healing, but maily through loving ourselves. Most people aren't aware of how much power we personally have to be happier and heathier by conciously being aware of our thoughts and the foods we eat and the healthy natural products we can use to avoid medicines with horrible side effects. ✨ Some days don’t just fill your cup — they stitch your heart back together. ✨
I showed up to a friend’s event just to support… and life surprised me with genuine connection, laughter, and the kind of company that feels like a warm exhale.
Later, serving a meal made with love at my cousin’s benefit, my heart felt so full of gratitude for the love that was present.
And the night ended in laughter that carried something heavy out of me — a release I didn’t even realize I needed.

It’s beautiful how when you give with an open heart… the universe gives back in ways that heal. 💛
