So I practiced.

Every day.
Healing followed. If you’re ready for healing… try this…
Look in the mirror today and tell yourself,
“I love you. You matter. You are beautiful just as you are!”
Say it every day.
One day, you won’t just say it…

Some photos don’t just capture a moment—they capture your heart.❤️

This one brought me straight back to a quiet moment of awe where you look around and realize this is my life!

Standing in this place, watching Maddie and Sam, my young adult kids, walking ahead… strong, grounded, and becoming exactly who they’re meant to be… I felt my heart overflow.🥰

Life hasn’t been easy, but moments like this make every step worth it. The beauty around me… the beauty in front of me… it all reminds me how grateful I am for the way life is unfolding.

It’s a moment in which you realize they may never have had the courage to take the leap to move across the country and follow their dreams if life had been easy… if they along with you… hadn’t known the kind of pain that can ultimately destroy you or make you fearless! ❤️💔❤️

✨ Some days don’t just fill your cup — they stitch your heart back together. ✨
I showed up to a friend’s event just to support… and life surprised me with genuine connection, laughter, and the kind of company that feels like a warm exhale.
Later, serving a meal made with love at my cousin’s benefit, my heart felt so full of gratitude for the love that was present.
And the night ended in laughter that carried something heavy out of me — a release I didn’t even realize I needed.

It’s beautiful how when you give with an open heart… the universe gives back in ways that heal. 💛
