CLINIC UPDATE:

We’re excited to officially welcome Hannah Clark, Licensed Massage Therapist, to our team!

Beginning July 8th, Hannah will be offering massage therapy services on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Her expertise and passion for wellness make her a wonderful addition to our clinic! To schedule an appointment with Hannah, call us at 765-825-3521.

Additionally, we’re celebrating Kyla as she begins her well-deserved maternity leave. We’re so happy for her and look forward to welcoming her back after time with her family!

• First off I wanted to thank everyone that has supported my business and has been the reason it has grown so much! I am so thankful I get to do a job I love!

• A big change is coming effective June 3rd! I will be moving locations. I will be moving from Brookville to Connersville. I will be located at Midwest Chiropractic & Rehab - Dr. Clay Tenbarge previously known as Dr. Bernzotts Office.

• My business will still have the same name and I will continue to have to the same prices! I will be posting a lot through this month about new policies, procedures, hours etc.

•I have closed my online booking but I do still have appointments available, Just reach out via text or call! I will have online booking available again, Just through another service and all the information will be posted on my page!

• Side note: I will be in brookville for the rest of the month of June on Mondays for my Brookville residents! Just reach out to schedule!

We are excited to kick off 2024 and to announce the official ownership of Midwest Chiropractic & Rehab! We can not thank Dr. Jay Bernzott enough for his contribution of care to our community. Dr. Bernzott celebrated his last day in December 2023. We wish him the best in his retirement!

Dr. Clay and the staff at Midwest Chiropractic & Rehab look forward to continuing excellent care and service to our patients in 2024 and beyond.

Dr. Clay Tenbarge will be taking over the long standing clinic of Dr. Jay Bernzott. Dr. Clay will continue to provide the Connersville region and beyond with personalized chiropractic healthcare that patients are accustomed to. New services that Dr. Clay will offer to the region include dry needling and acupuncture.

Dr. Clay is from Haubstadt, a small town just north of Evansville Indiana. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from IUPUI in Indianapolis and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in St. Louis. He has been providing chiropractic care in Lawrenceburg Indiana for the past 6 years and is excited to move to Connersville.
