We have three specialized memory care neighborhoods to help care for our residents throughout their journey with dementia, as well as a highly compassionate hospice care. Our social workers uplift residents and families through compassion and connection, defend dignity and rights through advocacy, and help transform challenging moments into meaningful care experiences. In long-term care, they play a vital role in navigating transitions, supporting emotional well-being, strengthening family communication, and ensuring every resident is treated with respect and understanding.
