We would like to let our patient's know that since merging with Centerstone Health services on January 1st, we are now accepting new patient's at our 1550 E State Rd 44 location (Dr. Grogan). Please call 765-222-1400 to set up an appointment.

Centerstone Health Services at the Erie Avenue location (north end of town) is also accepting new patient's. You can reach their office at 765-377-1205 to schedule an appointment.

We accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid.
