👁Fun fact: Pineapple juice can be beneficial for eye health due to its rich content of vitamins and antioxidants. Containing vitamin C, vitamin A, and beta-carotene, all these may help reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration and cataracts. Additionally, the enzyme bromelain found in pineapple may help with eye floaters.
