As you leave, please drop your used towels in the bins provided throughout the gym. In order to continue providing this service, we kindly request that all towels remain on the premises.

Do you want to get in shape but do not have much time to spare? Are you looking for a short workout that will improve your cardiovascular endurance, increase your speed and strength, burn fat, and get you in the best shape possible all at the same time? Then Tabata training might be the answer for you. You can do it at the gym, home or take a class at Perfect Workout Gym. Try Sandbag Tabata on Wednesday May 20th at 6:00pm.

The workout includes a 5 minute warm-up, followed by 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest cycles. Complete the 20/10 cycles 8 times for 4 minutes total time spent on each exercise. This is called one round. That’s it! A heart pounding, fat scorching workout in only four minutes! Start off with just a couple of 20 second work/10 second rest rounds and work your way up to 8 using different exercises for each round. In class, we actually complete eight rounds . Everyone is able to work at their own level, as you do as many repetitions that you are able to do in the 20 second work phase.

Behind the scenes, our team goes the extra mile to keep the gym at its best. We complete quarterly maintenance on every piece of equipment, and every Sunday after hours, carry a detailed deep cleaning, mopping all rubber flooring, indoor track and tile, thoroughly cleaning showers, and disinfecting every machine to ensure a safe, clean environment for everyone.

Please Sit on a Large Towel and wear Flip Flops or Crocs when using the dry saunas.

Remember to re-rack and disinfect your weights after usage. Please put small towels in bins located throughout the gym so we can clean and disinfect them and put them back out for usage.

Check out Body Build Saturday mornings at 11:10 am following Dance Fit at 9:55am.

Body Build is a barbell workout that challenges all major muscle groups. Class consists of squats, presses, lifts and curls as you strengthen, tone and define your entire body. We target Biceps, Triceps, Glutes, Quads, Upper and Lower Back, Abs, and Shoulders. You determine the level you will work at by choosing the appropriate weights. Its like personal training in a weight room with guided exercise and a team environment!
