New Year's Eve: 4am-5pm

With the holiday season in full swing, it can be all too easy to neglect our exercise habits. After all, that’s what the holidays are for, aren’t they? They call it a New Year’s Resolution, not a December Resolution. But, although it is perfectly acceptable to cut yourself some slack during the holidays, there is no reason to completely abandon your body’s need for physical activity between now and the New Year. Although it may seem counter intuitive to be responsible for blocking out time for exercise in your already packed schedule, some solid sweat sessions will reduce your stress, boost your depleted energy levels and ward off the anxiety that accompanies the craziness of this time of year.
