Perfect Workout Gym provides lockers for daily use only, plus cubbies upstairs and downstairs for you to store your belongings while working out. Please remember to keep all bags off of the gym floor-either in lockers or cubbies. Please remember that chewing to***co is prohibited in the gym as well as dropping chewing gum. Remember to re-rack your weights and disinfect all machines after each use.

Happy 4th of July Perfect Workout Members!

This Fourth of July, we might find ourselves barbecuing, congregating with loved ones and enjoying our precious free time. But July Fourth is also a time to step back, and appreciate the deep freedoms we enjoy every day.

We will be closed on Friday July 4th. I wish you a magical Independence day and a year ahead lit by hope, grace, freedom and integrity.

B. The Cryo Lounge is an advanced recovery chair that offers targeted cold at 25-30 degrees F for soreness and aches, complemented by warmth at 95-115 degrees F in other areas for comfort. This balanced approach ensures a holistic and refreshing recovery, ideal post-workout.
High-Intensity exercise yields many benefits, but to optimize the results from your training program, it is a good idea to recover as hard as you exercise.
