Conover Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Conover Nursing and Rehab is the only family-owned healthcare provider of rehabilitation therapy and skilled nursing home services in Catawba County, NC.

We are not part of a large chain with corporate offices a hundred miles away. Our beautiful 90-bed facility was built in 2002 and is located in the foothills of North Carolina in the town of Conover just outside Hickory, NC

This week in Activities at CNRC has been full of sweet celebrations and smiles!
We kicked things off by celebrating Fat Tuesday with a homemade King Cake, complete with the hidden baby. The excitement, laughter, & friendly competition made it a fun & memorable day for everyone.
We also honored National Cherry Pie Day with a delicious homemade cherry crumble pie. Our residents' bellies were filled & their hearts were happy as they enjoyed every bite. Moments like these remind us how food, tradition, & togetherness create the sweetest memories.
We are so grateful for the joy & connection we get to share each week with our precious residents!

A little late but here is a July photo dump! We took an outing to see Superman, had visits with Faith the comfort dog and Jasper, a fun water day, and a new graduating class of cnas! Linda one of our residents took on a special project for us, going through all of our donated jewelry and cleaning it for our Conover store.
