Conrad Fitness Club Conrad Fitness Club is a new fitness club that will offer a variety of fun and exciting fitness classes. Anytime access to the gym is also available.

Conrad Fitness Club is a fitness facility located on the Sollid Road.Anytime access to the gym via key code is available. Current classes available are Fit Fix and Yoga. Fit Fix, instructed by Kristin Vandenacre, is a 30-45 minute interval/circuit class that combines strength and cardio. This class is for all fitness levels and is offered Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:45 am. 3 different yoga classes a

re also now available: Mondays @5:30 pm - This hour long yoga class is designed to improve strength, flexibility and balance. It is the perfect low-impact class where your muscles will get a good workout and you'll leave feeling both relaxed and energized! Wednesdays @12:15 pm - Something good for your body and mind on your lunch break. This quick, 25 minute session is designed to stretch out and clear your head for the rest of your day. Fridays @ 5:15 am - Friday yoga challenge! This varying 30 minute workout will include intervals and weights, always ending with at least 5 minutes of yoga.
