😎Stay properly hydrated- water, sports drinks with electrolytes, or electrolyte packets to mix into bottled water.
😎Avoid planning outdoor activities during the hottest parts of the day.

😎Wear sunscreen.
😎Know the symptoms of heat illnesses.

📣 Effective July 11, our pharmacy at our Huntsville location is CLOSED. Our Health Center and Community Pharmacy in Conroe remain open Monday – Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm.

Our Health Center Pharmacy in Conroe is open to patients and we accept most private insurance, Medicare and cash payments are accepted. Special drug discounts also are available at this pharmacy.

Lone Star Family Health Center is closed Friday, July 4 for Independence Day. Our Conroe location will open Saturday, July 5 and all other locations on Monday, July 7.
