Hey friends! We wanted to share a quick update with you. Due to limited participation and some other commitments, we’ll be moving from weekly Sound Baths to twice a month.

Don’t worry though — we’ll still be here holding space, just a little less often. 💜 Each month we’ll post the dates so you’ll know exactly when to join us.

We’re so grateful for all of you who continue to show up, support, and share in these beautiful sessions. Can’t wait to see you at our next Sound Bath! 🙏✨

I want to sincerely apologize for having to cancel tonight’s Sound Bath at Gilded Raven Tattoos & Body Piercings. Unfortunately, I’m not feeling well today, and I know the healing space I hold for you all is best shared when I’m at my best.
