This case is what I call a labor of love♥️ we love giving patients exactly what they dream of!! This was precision milled by Argen with HT zirconia, miyo colors for pink and glaze, and a little old school lab tech wax/cast/polish on the gold. This hybrid was designed using inLab and exocad softwares placed over an Atlantis custom bridge base.

Such a great case! We were able to successfully restore this patient with ectodermal dysplasia (a life long battle) to a beautiful functional smile using Dentsply Sirona scanning technology along with there Cercon yo zirconia. Adding Miyo colors and glazing to make the prosthesis look more natural. I love doing cases like this and making patients smile again. All. The. Time. 😎🙌

An incredible day of learning Miyo from the master Bart Cothran! We learned shading (coloring) and structure techniques that will definitely up my game esthetically. I am so grateful for the extra help he provided me in understanding how to better produce appliances for ethnic gums. On the case pictured we did this one together with one side having one color technique and the other side a different coloring technique. Both sides look great but will depend on the particular patients needs. I’m really excited to incorporate this into our lab workflows!! Thank you so much!
