I would like to introduce myself. My name is Becky and I am the LVN/Manager of our beautiful facility.
I would love to offer you and / or loved one a no obligation tour of our facility at your convenience. We have numerous spacious unique rooms that are more of a Bed and Breakfast type setting than clinical. We strive to copy the style of a Bed and Breakfast Home away from Home environment. We are located in Conroe Texas close to downtown. Let me tell you some of the benefits of being one of our residents. The resident would have a full time 24/7 caregiver available to help with any of personal needs. I would be here daily in the facility during normal business hours but available on call at all hours. residents would be offered 3 meals a day basically ala carte, snacks and coffee, tea, water or juice upon request. Our caregivers would take care of the resident laundry needs, cleaning of the room daily as well as personal hygiene help to bathe etc. We have a large grounds for the residents to walk outside and enjoy fresh air, We also have a covered patio and sunroom for their pleasure. Your loved one will be well taken care of here. I understand this may be a hard choice to make but please contact me with any questions you may have concerning our facility.
Our monthly charge for your family member is based on the diagnosis and care needs and basically is between $4000 - $4500 a month. There is also a one time $1500 non refundable community fee.
